Great location surrounded by nature and away from noise. The cabins are immersed in a peaceful environment, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food served at the hotel was delicious, offering a taste of local cuisine.

The cabins lacked some basic amenities such as adequate lighting and comfortable seating. It would be beneficial to have chairs outside on the porch area for guests to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Close proximity to multiple cenotes and beautiful swimming areas. Reasonably priced food at the restaurant. - Wake up to a peaceful and secluded cabin surrounded by nature.

Inconsistent electricity and WiFi throughout the day. Misleading pictures and descriptions of the cabins and pool on the website.
